Cohort Development Series
Build your own Agile solution (minimum viable product MVP) in our exclusive group development and coaching program
What is Cohort Development?
Cohort development is a group development and coaching program that brings together companies with a shared aspiration to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) for a specific Agile solution.
Through an iterative, incremental approach, cohorts provide a supportive environment for teams to learn from each other, build connections, and develop a bespoke solution in real time. This collaborative process fosters growth, accelerates learning, and builds a sense of community, ultimately empowering companies to successfully complete their Agile initiatives.
Approach
We curate cohorts of up to four companies, each represented by a dedicated team of 5-7 members. These cohorts collaborate intensively over five months to co-create an Agile Solution around a specific topic, such as Performance Management or Talent Scouting.
Our cohort development programs often include a combination of:
Group Sessions
Facilitated group workshops.
Individual Coaching
Personalized guidance and support.
Peer Mentoring
Learning from and supporting one another.
Action learning
Applying new skills to your real-world project.

What is Cohort Development?
Cohort development is a group development and coaching program that brings together companies with a shared aspiration to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) for a specific Agile solution.

-
Can I talk to someone about the program?
Yes. Submit a request through our contact form and we will reach out to schedule a call.
-
Will our team be expected to share confidential information or intellectual property with others in the cohort?
No. Your team retains full control over what is shared. While the program encourages peer exchange and inspiration across companies, each team works on their own challenge within their own context.
Importantly, we work on the system, not in the system—which means the focus is on improving ways of working, collaboration, leadership, and decision-making, not on exposing sensitive business details or proprietary solutions. Innovation happens within your team, and what you choose to share with the cohort is always up to you.
-
Do all teams in the cohort need to work on the same problem statement?
No. Each team brings their own real-world challenge to the program—one that matters in their unique organizational context.
The cohort is united by a shared topic, journey and rhythm, not by a shared problem. This diversity of challenges actually enriches the experience, as it allows teams to learn from how others approach different problems, while staying focused on delivering a solution to their own.
What connects all participants is the focus on working on the system – improving ways of working, leadership, and impact –not solving the same operational issue.
-
What’s in it for me as an individual participant?
You’ll gain hands-on experience solving a real challenge while developing skills that last far beyond the program. Throughout the journey, you’ll build confidence in working iteratively, navigating complexity, and leading change across boundaries.
You’ll also benefit from peer learning in a trusted, cross-company cohort—exposing you to new ideas, fresh perspectives, and a powerful professional network. It’s not just about gaining knowledge, it’s about learning how to apply it where it matters.
-
What’s in it for us as an organization?
Your organization gets more than trained employees—it gets a tangible solution to a real business problem, delivered by a team that’s grown in capability, ownership, and alignment.
Beyond the outcome itself, you build internal change agents who think across silos, act with intent, and bring new ways of working back into your system. It’s a strategic investment in both business impact and organizational capability.
