JLS hosts Exclusive Executive Evening on People Development

Just Leading Solutions (JLS) will host an invite-only executive evening on February 3, 2026, bringing together senior leaders to explore the newly introduced SAFe® People Development competency.

Under the theme “The People Dividend”, the evening will create space for insightful discussions on what it takes to strengthen people development in complex organizations and how leaders can shape the environment where teams can thrive.

The event will feature lightning talks by Andrew Sales, Chief Methodologist at Scaled Agile Inc., and Fabiola Eyholzer, author of the competency, followed by a panel discussion with senior leaders from Roche Diagnostics, Stedin Groep, and MOMETO.
